Are you looking for the perfect volunteering opportunity in St. Mary's County?
The Department of Aging & Human Services welcomes you to the Volunteer Expo! This free community event will be held at the Bay District Fire Department, Braddock Hall (46900 S. Shangri-La Drive, Lexington Park, MD), on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Come learn about volunteer opportunities with local organizations and nonprofit agencies. Volunteer positions are available for teenagers, adults, and older adults. There will be outreach tables, a guest speaker, line dancing, food trucks, animal balloons, and face painting for children. Discover volunteer opportunities and enjoy a fun day for all ages!
