Christmas In April, St. Mary's County is a non-profit organization committed to assisting low-moderate income homeowners with needed home repair projects. Applicants wishing to receive assistance must apply between May – October each year. Homes are selected by a committee based on varying factors and repairs are made at no charge to the homeowner the last Saturday in April.
Homeowners in need of major home repairs such as roofing, wells, windows, etc. may be eligible to receive a low interest loan from The Housing Authority, St. Mary's County, Maryland.
