Volunteer Service Log

The RSVP Volunteer Service Log is an integral part of our senior volunteer program. Our volunteers complete a service log each time they serve and then submit it to us at the end of every month. We enter the service log information into our program database to track and report the type of service and amount of hours RSVP volunteers provide in our community. We also tally this information at the end of each year to recognize and award volunteers for their hours of service at an annual Volunteer Appreciation Banquet.
